Well the Christmas calendar is off to a horrible start! I saw the offer today when I opened the app and thought I'll pick it up during my daily grocery shopping. That's what I did but when I open the app to send the receipt the offer is gone already!! This better not continue all the way until Christmas, it was not even a long time between me seeing the offer and actually buying the product! There should at least be a notification when an offer on my list is gone so I don't waste money on it!

Hi. I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with the Christmas calendar. Some offers will end faster than others due to high demand. My receipt goes to manual check every single time and it is so frustrating. I have never been able to verify offers from the receipt even if the product name matches the rabble offer exactly and the receipt is clearly visible and readable in its entirety. Please add a feature that allows to submit the receipt in multiple parts since longer receipts tend to go blurry because they have to fit entirely in one photo. I have received my cashback eventually but this shouldn't be that hard to fix.
