Overall this app is really good. I had a little problem with viewing the final preview - however the customer service team were really quick to respond and resolved my issue. So helpful! They were also very keen to ensure problems like that don't happen again, so they asked for the model of phone i have so that they could pass this information on. I was very impressed by that. I recieved my two orders quickly and very well packaged. The quality is amazing. Also, they often have great offers on!

i work my way through the steps and get to the part where i confirm everything and 9 out of 10 times the app just crashes and it doesnt save ypur pictures or edits. 1 time it didnt crash but stayed on the "creating artwork" loading screen for 10 minutes before i just uninstalled it. lousy.

Love this App, its so easy to use and made such a lovely gift for a grandparent, we found taking a shot of the artwork outside to get the best quality picture, as i just couldnt do it inside (but that could have been down to lack of light inside) doesnt take long to create something that can be cherished for a very long time!, Came packaged beautifully and safely, i have plans to fill my home with some now, as well as more gifts for relatives. Highly recommend.
