Please book tickets on the official website instead of this app! The ferry company will not notify you through the app when it changes the time. When you arrive at the port, you will find that the boat has left. When you ask them for compensation, they will not feel that they are at fault. They will blame the ferry company and confirm that they have sent you a change message, even if you have not received any change message. Then they stopped responding to any messages.

Reasonable app when used for checking ferry times and which companies run them. However the middle man mark up can sometimes be as much as 57% for this privilege. A £40 day return trip I can book directly with Condor Ferries costs £70 if I book the same trip through the Direct Ferries app (still traveling on the same Condor ferry). Treat this as a journey planner at best, nothing more.

The app is rubbish, everytime i go to the contact page it comes up with an error message. Can't redeem my voucher, tried to re book a ferry and its taken money but went to time out on the app so no confirmation email. I am trying to get in contact but can't. Please someone sort it out!!!!!!!
