This app is literally a trash. Must of the time doesn't work and also the function is too slow. I had 2 present cards and I tried to prepare 2 ticket with them but the app said I have to pay for tickets even tho I had present card!! One star is a lot more than enough... Not satisfied at all!

The only app that frequently crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S9 (running Android Pie and all updates). Even in the background. And it will always crash on start. Really bad. Been like this for months now, since an app update. I don't think they know how to fix it... Same issue remains after several months, and no feedback on my error reports. 👎👎

The new update pretty much ruined all the good things with the other app. The whole app is ALOT slower, feels choppy and cheap, takes time to just switch between tabs etc. Ads covering text and at the same time, goes off the screen, styling misses like the dots under the news section being different sizes and not corresponding to the state. Another thing ,that I don't know if it's intentional or not, is that I no longer can book as far in the future as I could just a few days ago before the launch of this new system.
