Outstanding product team & support team.

No question is left unanswered & they always get back to you to follow up whether the issue has been resolved or not.

The few complaints I’ve had so far have been solved by app updates launched within a week from the time of my original complaint. Bugs will exist with new development, the important thing is that end-users have the bug free correction update fast to not stop productivity.

World class service & how service should be with every company. Very organized system especially regarding the support staff & the support tickets.

The only thing I would wish for is that they test the updates in real life before launch. That is to say like an actual student. Having an iPad full of books, using split screen, listening to music etc etc to see if there are any bugs. Huge difference compared to just running the app for couple of hours on an otherwise empty device. Even though product updates come fast, it is a bit frustrating being interrupted for a couple of days before the update is launched.

*Beautiful rendering and bug-free environment. The graphics are simply stunning.

*Outstanding detail: they have taken it down to the level of subdividing the thalamus into its different nuclei, something that was a hassle to learn when I was reading 2-dimensional books.

*You can add the muscles of the body layer by layer: a much appreciated feature I haven't seen i any of the competing apps.

*A ton of lectures, videos and other perks

The app is somewhat on the expensive side: but you get what you pay for: this is by far the best I've seen on the appstore. In my opinion it's fully en par with primal pictures atlas, if not better still. Buy it!
